At Lugz, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn footwear in its original packaging. If your boots or sneakers aren't the perfect fit, we make the exchange and return process simple and efficient.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our system and secure it to the outside of your original shipping box.

  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location; ensure that the boots are unworn and include all original tags and inserts.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange size within 7-10 business days.
